1. Submit a Request Email us at Info@apparelgenetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order to start the process. The request must be actioned within 30 days of receipt. 2. Get Your Prepaid Label For returns, we’ll provide via email a prepaid return label. 3. Pack It Up Place the item(s) in the original packaging, please include your order number, and attach the shipping label. 4. Drop It Off Take the package to your nearest shipping carrier (we’ll let you know which one when we send the label). 5. Refund Process Returns that meet the conditions below are eligible for a refund, excluding delivery fees for UAE orders. • Once the courier picks up the order, it will be returned to our warehouse within 5 to 7 days. • A quality inspection will be completed within 1 to 3 business days. • If approved, you'll receive a notification via email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
